About Rickma
Rickma is a creative, multifaceted and pragmatic attorney with a flair for the unconventional.
She is an admitted attorney with right of appearance in the Western Cape High Court.
Rickma obtained her LLB at Stellenbosch University where she also worked as a student legal advisor providing legal aid to underprivileged members of the community.
Rickma completed her articles of clerkship at Marais Muller Hendricks Inc in Bellville where she worked exclusively in the litigation department.
During her articles, she was actively involved in creating a support network for female members of the legal profession and founded the Ladies of Law networking initiative.
Prior to founding RCA she honed her expertise on a wide variety of family law matters as a full-time consultant family law attorney at Bertus Preller & Associates Inc.
